Located just 30 minutes from Bend, 20 minutes from Redmond, and 35 minutes from Smith Rock State Park, Brasada is a great place to use as a base camp for adventure and relaxation. Just a short drive away you have access to activities like shopping, rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and exploring nearby lakes.

Named one of the “15 Fantastic Horseback Riding Destinations” by USA Today's Outdoors Wire, Brasada Ranch offers top-notch riding experiences. With expert instructors, trails criss crossing 900 acres, and a reliable team of American Quarter horses, it's easy to see why it's considered one of the best riding spots in the Pacific Northwest.

Guided trail rides provide breathtaking views of the Cascade Mountains and begin with a hot mug of cowboy coffee or hot chocolate and delicious country muffins. Pony rides are also available for younger children. Whether you're an experienced rider or a beginner, there's something for everyone to enjoy!

Is there an age requirement for horseback riding at Brasada? The guided horseback rides are for ages eight and up. Younger children ages five and up will enjoy pony rides around the pen.

Family Fun At The Sundance Pool And Slide

Located near the Athletic Center, the family-friendly Sundance Pool & slide features an indoor lap pool and wading pool. There's a pretty awesome waterslide and lazy river, which are open seasonally and during special event weekends.

Check the updated schedule for the pools, hot tubs, and spas on ranch here as the slide and lazy river aren't necessarily open every day and the open days change seasonally.
