Opal Creek and Three Pools are both popular summer destinations for hundreds of Oregonians. While jumping from a height into the water and swimming at these locations isn't recommended as it can be dangerous, it's fun to watch someone else dive into 50 degree water and show off the stunning locations and hiking spots.

Note: Swimming, jumping into water from high places or off of rocks can be dangerous, especially in rivers where there can be hidden currents or where the water may not be as deep as it looks. We do not recommend this activity, and you do so at your own risk.
