If you are looking for something fun to do this year, mark your calendars now as you don’t want to miss this event happening in Newport! These “Tall Ships” will be docking at the Oregon Coast in April, and will be returning in July.

Whether you are a photographer looking to get some incredible shots, or just looking for something fun for the whole family to enjoy, you will not be disappointed.

The official tall ship of Washington, known as Lady Washington got her fame from "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" as well as "Star Trek: Generations," and also a TV show on ABC known as "Once Upon A Time." The Lady Washington will be accompanied by the Hawaiian Chieftain, also docking in Newport.

The Lady Washington is quite impressive as she is a full-scale replica of a historical vessel, which has earned her more screen time than the Hawaiin Chieftain. Guests who decide to sail will embark on an adventure for two or three hours and will enjoy breathtaking views of the west coast.
