The history of Taylor's Sausage is a tale of tradition and dedication that began in 1924. Great Grandpa Taylor brought his delicious European sausage recipes to Canada and later to California. In 1934, Grandpa Taylor joined him in Hollywood's Farmer's Market, serving stars for almost twenty years. After World War II, they moved the business to San Francisco, Oakland, and Hayward. Charles Taylor, the third generation, earned a degree in meat sciences and relocated the family to Southern Oregon in 1970, establishing a modern sausage kitchen. Today, the fourth and fifth generations continue the legacy, producing top-notch sausages for markets across the West Coast.
