For those 21 and over, Bauman’s offers a tour of their award-winning hard cider production facility, where you can sample their cider and learn how it’s made. On weekends, the farm’s custom-built Kreuzmayr K2B 750 Apple Cider press will be in action, demonstrating how they turn fresh apples into delicious cider. Fresh-pressed apple cider samples are available for everyone to enjoy, making it a must-stop during your visit.
For the little ones, the Gopher Hole is a free activity included with admission, where they can crawl through tunnels and take a slide at the end. The oversized Jumping Pillow is another favorite, offering a safe and fun way to bounce around, with height and weight requirements ensuring everyone can enjoy safely. On weekends, a second jumping pillow is added for even more fun.
The Nut House, a giant bin filled with hazelnuts, offers a playful twist on the traditional ball pit, allowing kids to jump, play, and bury themselves in nuts. And for those seeking a bit of adventure, the Rope Maze provides a fun and confusing challenge that’s sure to keep the whole family entertained.
One of the more thrilling activities is the Apple Cannon, where you can use compressed air to launch apples at targets. It’s a blast watching apples explode on impact, and while one shot is included with admission, additional shots are available for purchase.
Other activities include the charming Bug Train, a ride for the younger crowd around the farm, and the popular Dark Maze, where twists and turns in complete darkness keep you guessing. For a more leisurely experience, families can enjoy an old-fashioned hayride around the farm, stopping at various fun spots along the way.
The festival also features a dedicated Kids Zone with giant slides, a funky fort, and swings, giving kids the space to run and play for hours. For those looking to test their speed and agility, the Obstacle Course offers a series of challenges to navigate. And don’t forget to visit Pumpkin Hill, where kids can climb to the top of a giant hill of pumpkins and slide back down for a fun and festive experience.
