Florence police are asking for the public’s help finding Celia Morrow, an 81-year-old Elmira resident, who was last seen in the Florence area on September 20, 2026. Morrow’s vehicle is a red 2016 Mazda SUV with Oregon license plate 025HWZ. Authorities entered her information into state and national missing-person databases on September 22.
According to the Florence Police Department, friends last saw Morrow at approximately 7:30 p.m. on September 20. Officers had contact with her later that evening as she was leaving Three Rivers Casino in Florence. Police said she declined assistance during that encounter.
The department’s last reported camera sighting of her vehicle came at 11:27 p.m. that night, when a Flock camera recorded the Mazda traveling westbound on Highway 126 at Spruce Street. In its missing-person notice, police said there had been no additional Flock camera detections of that license plate since then. That sighting establishes the vehicle’s direction at the time, but does not indicate where Morrow traveled afterward.
