I’ll be honest right up front. I’m a sucker for Mexican food.

From the outside, it’s a food truck. Nothing flashy. No gimmicks. But step up to the window, look at the menu, and you start to realize this place takes its food seriously.

And once you take that first bite, it all clicks.
