Medford, Ore. — A Medford family is asking for the public’s help as the search continues for 15-year-old Ava Wall, who has been missing since Friday night.

Ava was last seen on Friday, January 16, sometime between 8:20 p.m. and 8:40 p.m., near Coleman Creek Road in southwest Medford. According to her family and law enforcement, that timeframe marks the last confirmed sighting before she vanished.

She is described as approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing around 120 pounds, with brown hair and blue-green eyes. At the time she went missing, Ava was wearing light blue jeans and a brown puffy jacket.

Investigators say a witness reported seeing a gray sedan with its hazard lights activated in the same area during the window when Ava disappeared. The vehicle reportedly had a male driver and a young female passenger in the front seat. Authorities believe this sighting may be connected to Ava’s disappearance.

Although the case is currently listed as a runaway, Ava’s family says there are serious concerns about her well-being. They report that she left behind a note stating she was with a “trusted adult,” but despite extensive efforts, no such individual has been identified.

Family members also say Ava may have had access to an older cellphone that only functions over Wi-Fi and was previously used to communicate through Snapchat.

“All friends and family are searching everywhere with no signs of where she is,” the family said in a statement. “This is every parent’s nightmare. We just want our daughter home safe.”

Anyone who may have seen Ava, noticed suspicious activity, or has security or dash camera footage from the Coleman Creek Road area between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Friday is urged to contact the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and reference Case #26-270.
