Man Arrested After Kidnapping Toddler, Strangling Grandfather at Eugene Park
A 55-year-old man was arrested Monday morning after allegedly attempting to abduct a toddler at Skinner Butte Park in Eugene, Oregon. Eugene Police responded to the park at 248 Cheshire Avenue around 10:11 a.m. on August 5 following multiple reports of a physical altercation and concerns of a child kidnapping.
