Health Promotion is hosting Sober October!
Curious about taking a break from alcohol and/or other substances? Want to cut back, reset, or just pay more attention to when and why you use?
Sober October is a month-long opportunity to explore your relationships with substances and make choices that feel right for you.
No judgement. No all-or-nothing rules. You set the goal.
Participants get weekly encouragement, tips, and resources, plus an end-of-month gift to celebrate their participation.
