One of the original Old Mill District tenants, Ben & Jerry’s, is honoring the districts 25th Anniversary with a tip of the hat to our founder Bill Smith. During the whole month of September visitors can enjoy a “Bill’s Mill Chill,” a sundae made form Bill’s favorite flavors that’s both nostalgic and indulgent.
