This 45-minute guided meditation opens into the wider, more-than-human world, where we rest in the beauty of all the living and elemental world. This includes a loving-kindness practice.
The Arts Center’s exhibit “66 Birds/3 Degrees | Return to Life” gives us their portraits and sounds as companions for practice. From that openness, we turn gently toward the meta-crisis (including climate weirding) and learn to apply our inner resources. No meditation experience is needed.
