Jollibee’s famous Filipino fried chicken is landing in Hillsboro! Get ready for Chickenjoy, sweet spaghetti, and huge opening day giveaways starting May 30.
Never heard of Jollibee? A lot of people in the Pacific Northwest haven't, but for those that have tried it when traveling around the country (or the world), the wait is finally over, because Jollibee is finally making its Oregon debut, and fans of the beloved fast-food chain couldn’t be more thrilled. Known for drawing massive lines and earning rave reviews across North America (not to mention being the biggest fast food restaurant in the Philippines), Jollibee will officially open its doors in Hillsboro on Friday, May 30, 2025.
Jollibee Hillsboro At Tanasbourne Village
Set to open at 10875 N.E. Cornell Road in the Tanasbourne Village shopping center, this will be Jollibee’s first-ever Oregon location. For longtime fans this is a big deal. With 103 stores across North America and more than 1,700 locations globally, Jollibee has become a sensation thanks to its crave-worthy menu and cheerful, welcoming vibe.
The star of the show? Chickenjoy, Jollibee’s signature fried chicken. This chicken has built a cult following thanks to its crispy, hand-breaded exterior and juicy, flavorful inside. It’s no surprise that USA TODAY named it the best fast-food fried chicken in America. Pair it with Jolly Spaghetti (sweet-style with sliced hot dogs), or a flaky Peach Mango Pie made with real Philippine mangoes, and it’s clear this isn’t your average fast-food fare.
Also making waves are the spicy Chicken Sandwich with fresh jalapeños and sriracha mayo, and the newer line of 100% Certified Angus Beef Burgers. The tropical Pineapple Quencher soda is also a refreshing standout you won't find at other fast food chains or restaurants.

You could wait, or you could head in early during the first three days and try to win some prizes. At the Hillsboro launch, the first 50 customers in-store and via drive-thru in the first three days of opening will receive exclusive prizes, including a chance to win a year’s worth of Chickenjoy, Jollibee merch, and other giveaways. Oh yeah, and did we mention the mouth watering fried chicken?
Doors open at 9 a.m. on Friday May 30th, with service running daily until 11 p.m. Guests can choose to dine in, take out, or go through the drive-thru. Online ordering will also be rolling out in the weeks following the opening, making it easy to skip the lines.
