On August 5th, 2020, 27 year old Michael Bryson went to a party with friends near Dorena, Oregon, and was never seen again. It's a heartbreaking disappearance that has baffled authorities and left his family searching for answers. Now, thanks to the Dylan's Legacy organization, there may be hope in finally discovering what happened to Michael with a long overdue K-9 search of the area he disappeared in.

Michael Bryson Still Missing Four Years Later With Little Evidence To Suggest What Happened

Michael was last seen at Hobo Campground near Dorena, Oregon partying with friends on August 5th, 2020. He's said to have wandered away from the party at the campground around four thirty in the morning. Since that time, little evidence has been found about what happened to him. In December of 2020, three months after his disappearance, a few items of his clothing were found, though there was no other sign of Michael.

Now, Dylan's Legacy is hoping to breathe new life into the search for Michael with a K9 search of two targeted areas of interest where they believe he may be located. This search operation has taken months to plan, and will involve K9 teams from Utah, Colorado, and Washington. While in Oregon, the K9 teams will also be searching for the rest of the remains of Shane Sprenger. The search will take place in November of 2024.

Establishing Dylan's Legacy is our way of honoring Dylan's memory and ensuring that other families facing similar circumstances receive the assistance and compassion they deserve." 19 year old Dylan Rounds went missing while out working on his farm in Lucin, Utah in May of 2022. His body was found in April of 2024. 60 year old felon James Brenner pled guilty to his murder.
