Peggy and Fred Ward, as well as Suzanne and Bruce Jackson, own the Picc-A-Dilly. Over 30 years of friendship have bonded the Wards and Jacksons. Peggy and Suzanne both worked in banking before purchasing the market. Everyone in the Ward and Jackson families has helped out at the Flea at some point during its 40-year history.
