If you're like me and love beef jerky, smoked salmon and other delicious smoked meats, there's a spot you can't miss when you head out to the Oregon coast. Mr. Bill's Village Smokehouse is a treasure trove of smoked meats and seafood bursting with rich, smoky flavor. We all have our favorite spots to stop off for salt water taffy, seafood and other goodies on the coast, and this one might just become your new favorite!

Whether you’re a local or just passing through Lincoln City, Mr. Bill's is a can't miss. The Yelp reviews really don't do this place justice. Freshly smoked jerky, thick and meaty salmon full of flavor, and smoked oyster sticks that are insanely good are just a few of the delights waiting for you when you stop by.

Like salmon? Take one bite of the alder smoked king salmon at Mr. Bill's and you'll understand why it's a local favorite. This specialty is crafted using wild Alaskan King Salmon, brined in a brown sugar and salt cure. Naturally smoked to a moist, flaky perfection, it’s a treat that your taste buds will thank you for.

I absolutely love beef jerky, and Mr. Bill's has some of the best, not only on the Oregon coast, but in the entire state. There are several kinds of alder smoked jerky to try, from sweet and hot to savory.

Looking for something a little sweet? The teriyaki beef jerky is Mr. Bill's most popular choice. This jerky offers a delightful blend of sweet and savory flavors. We also recommend the Cajun jerky for something different, and the sweet-heat jerky for those that love to have a little spice in their life.

For a unique twist on a classic, try the teriyaki alder smoked oyster sticks. These oysters are infused with teriyaki sauce before being smoked, resulting in a sweet and savory delicacy that seafood lovers won't be able to get enough of.
