After several DUI (Driving Under The Influence) arrests and convictions, former Home Improvement star Zachery Ty Bryan is now facing jail time in Oregon for a 2024 DUI arrest.

On February 23rd, 2026, Bryan struck a plea deal with prosecutors and was rearraigned. He pled guilty to DUI with an enhancement for driving with a blood alcohol content of .15 percent or higher. The legal limit is .08.

Because he has two prior convictions for DUI, probation was denied and he was sentenced to 16 months in county jail with credit for the 57 days he's already served. If he gets a fourth DUI, the penalty could be worse.

In the past, Zachery Ty Bryan served seven days in jail and three years of probation in 2020 for domestic violence charges, and was arrested again in 2023 and charged with fourth-degree felony assault, as well as harassment and third-degree robbery. He was arrested again in 2025 for domestic violence.
