As September rolls into October and the leaves start showing off their golden glow, there’s no better way to celebrate the season than with a trip to Red Berry Barn in Sherwood. Their annual Fall Harvest Festival (September 20 – October 31, 2025) is back, and it’s bigger, tastier, and more festive than ever.

From the moment you pull up, the smell of fresh-baked pies and cinnamon sugar donuts wraps around you like a cozy fall blanket. Inside, shelves are stacked with pumpkin spice bars, gooey coffee cakes, and Red Berry Barn’s famous cinnamon rolls.

If you’re lucky, you’ll catch the seasonal pumpkin donuts still warm from the fryer or treat yourself to a silky pumpkin milkshake that tastes like fall in a cup. And yes, the legendary apple cider donuts are still here year-round, because honestly—why would they ever take those away?

Beyond the donuts, the bakery lineup is a dream for pie lovers. Think classics like apple, caramel apple, and pumpkin, plus frozen take-home pies you can bake in your own oven for that “made it myself” moment. Mini pies are also up for grabs—perfect for when you don’t want to share.

And while donuts tend to steal the spotlight, Red Berry Barn’s homemade ice cream is another reason people keep coming back. Scooped fresh and made right on-site, the flavors rotate with the seasons, meaning you might find a classic vanilla cone one day and a pumpkin spice swirl or apple pie ice cream the next. It’s creamy, rich, and the perfect cool-down after racing through the corn maze or climbing the giant rope tower.

Pair it with a warm cinnamon roll or enjoy it on its own — either way, it’s a treat that makes the fall festival feel just a little sweeter.

Of course, no fall festival is complete without something warm to sip on, and Red Berry Barn has you covered there too. Guests rave about their hot apple cider, perfectly spiced and served steaming on chilly days. If you’re more of a coffee fan, you can grab a pumpkin spice latte or a cozy mocha to pair with your donut. And for something fun and refreshing, they also offer seasonal milkshakes and cold drinks that capture the flavors of autumn in every sip. Whether you’re warming your hands with cider or cooling off after a run through the corn maze, their drink menu is just as tempting as the bakery case.

But Red Berry Barn isn’t just about the sweets—it’s also about creating those storybook fall memories. The pumpkin patch is open daily, complete with hayrides, corn stalks, and the perfect photo ops for families, couples, and anyone who just wants to soak up the season. Kids will burn through energy bouncing, sliding, climbing, and racing their way through the long list of activities.
