Big burger news is sizzling in western Oregon—Gotcha Burger is expanding with not one, but two new locations, and fans in Eugene and Corvallis are about to get a whole lot beefier.

The first of the two grand openings lands in Eugene, where Gotcha Burger is making its debut inside the Valley River Center mall. The official opening date is set for Wednesday, June 18, 2025. The new location takes over a space in the food court and brings with it all the loaded fries, juicy patties, and late-night vibes that made Gotcha Burger a hit at its original Eugene location on W 7th Avenue.

Corvallis isn’t far behind. While the exact grand opening date hasn’t been announced, Gotcha Burger confirmed on social media that their Corvallis location is scheduled to open sometime in June. The signs are up, hiring is underway, and the buzz is building fast. Locals have already spotted the branding on windows and mural work beginning inside, signaling that the burger countdown is officially on.

Gotcha Burger first made waves in Eugene with its over-the-top creations, off-menu specials, and a secret menu that locals obsess over. From classic burgers to creative mashups involving tacos and garlic parm fries, the brand leans into bold flavors and Instagram-worthy presentation. The late-night hours at their flagship spot—open until 4 a.m. on weekends—have earned them cult status among students, night-shift workers, and anyone looking for quality eats after dark.

The expansion means more than just tasty burgers—it’s a jobs boost too. Between the Eugene and Corvallis locations, Gotcha is expected to hire 60 to 90 new employees, including grill cooks, cashiers, and prep workers. Walk-in interviews have been posted weekly, and the team is actively staffing up ahead of launch.
