Hosted by the Prineville Rockhound Pow Wow Club, this four-day celebration of geology, gemology, and lapidary arts will be held June 19–22, 2025 at the Crook County Fairgrounds (1280 SE Main St, Prineville, OR). And the best part? Admission is completely FREE to the public.

Whether you’re a seasoned rockhound, casual collector, or just looking for a unique family-friendly outing, this event has something for everyone:

On Saturday, June 21 at 6:30 p.m., the Pow Wow’s public oral auction kicks off, with a preview starting at 6 p.m. Expect some rare and incredible finds on the auction block—bring your curiosity and maybe a bidding paddle!
