EUGENE, Ore. — The Eugene Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 13-year-old girl who disappeared early Friday morning under concerning circumstances.
At approximately 2:24 a.m. on August 2, the parents of Alivia Provencio discovered that their daughter was missing from their home in the north River Road area of Eugene. According to family members, Alivia has developmental delays and has never left home like this before. When they attempted to reach her, her phone went unanswered.
Police say it’s possible Alivia may have been communicating with someone online prior to her disappearance. At this time, the identity of that person is unknown.
Alivia is described as a white and Hispanic female, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, with shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, jean shorts, and white Nike Air Force shoes with a pink swoosh.
This is an active missing person investigation, and time is of the essence.
If you have any information about Alivia’s whereabouts, please contact the Eugene Police Department immediately at 541-682-5111.
